Youthology 101 Team
Kristine Rondeau, Owner and Nurse Injector
Kristine received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the Eastern Michigan University College of Nursing, and continued her education at The Medical Anti-Aging Training Institute and in the field of Cosmetic Injectables.
She is currently a National Trainer and Ambassador Educator for Allergan Pharmaceuticals and travels the country training injectors in the latest, greatest and safest injectable techniques. She enjoys educating people on their options in aesthetics, creating an inviting and relaxing environment, and of course, helping the patient look and feel younger, more vibrant, and more confident.
When she’s not at Youthology, her ideal vacation would be to wake up somewhere beautiful and drink a cup of good coffee, go hiking or biking, spending the afternoon at the beach and finishing the day with a great dinner and dessert.
Her secret beauty tip for a bruise you want to go away quickly is to take your electric toothbrush into the shower with you, use the smooth side of the brush head and rest it on your bruise while running very warm water over the area. The vibration starts to break up the consolidated blood under the skin and helps your body resolve that bruise much quicker than it could do on its own!
Jennifer Krizanek, Aesthetician
Jen attended Michigan College of Beauty in Troy, MI and became a Licensed Esthetician in 2002. She then went on to receive her Associate Degree in business from Henry Ford Community College. Jen has continued her training to become a Certified Laser Technician and a Certified Lash Artist along with other ongoing training for various esthetic services. She provides complimentary consultations, waxing, brow tinting, custom facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, SculpSure, IPL photo facials and laser hair removal.
Jen has been helping her clients look and feel their best for over a decade and her favorite part is seeing clients have a renewed sense of self-confidence. Jen says the most important step in her skincare routine is exfoliating her face two to three times a week with ZO Exfoliating Polish. When she’s not at the spa, she can be found traveling and experiencing new things with her family.
Nicole Greeley, Nurse Injector
After graduating from Ann Arbor’s Concordia University with her Nursing degree, Nicole began searching for her perfect fit in the medical field. She spent time on a medical surgical unit, on an ortho and neurosurgery unit, at the St. Joe’s float pool, and at the St. Joe’s wound clinic. But she soon found herself called to the wonderful world of medical aesthetics.
Nicole especially loves that medical aesthetics combines her experience in the medical field with her passion for the beauty industry. “Helping people feel confident in their own skin is very rewarding to me,” she shares.
Nicole also enjoys that there’s always something new to learn in this ever-evolving field. She completed her aesthetics training through AMET and has spent many hours shadowing her peers. With a hunger to learn, Nicole continues to take online and in-person courses to strengthen her knowledge of this field.
Ask her about her favorite treatment and she’ll assuredly tell you it’s Botox. But Nicole also highly recommends regular facials to exfoliate the skin, deep clean pores, and give the skin an overall refresh.
Like any lifelong Michigander, Nicole loves to venture north to Traverse City to spend her free time by the water with family, good food, and a glass of wine. Back at home, you’ll find her moving her body outdoors or cuddled up inside with her dog, Cooper, her cat, Julep, and her latest mystery or romance read.
