Our Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and we are happy to move your appointment should you need to cancel or reschedule. In order to maximize our appointment availability to you, our valued clients, we kindly ask that any changes be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us time to make this appointment available to our other clients.

A credit card will be collected and put on file when you schedule your appointment. A $75.00 fee will only be charged to your card if the appointment is cancelled or missed within the 24 hour appointment window. By scheduling your appointment with us, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.
