Kristine Rondeau, Owner and Nurse Injector

Kristine received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the Eastern Michigan University College of Nursing, and continued her education at The Medical Anti-Aging Training Institute and in the field of Cosmetic Injectables.

She is currently a National Trainer and Ambassador Educator for Allergan Pharmaceuticals and travels the country training injectors in the latest, greatest and safest injectable techniques. She enjoys educating people on their options in aesthetics, creating an inviting and relaxing environment, and of course, helping the patient look and feel younger, more vibrant, and more confident.

When she’s not at Youthology, her ideal vacation would be to wake up somewhere beautiful and drink a cup of good coffee, go hiking or biking, spending the afternoon at the beach and finishing the day with a great dinner and dessert.

Her secret beauty tip for a bruise you want to go away quickly is to take your electric toothbrush into the shower with you, use the smooth side of the brush head and rest it on your bruise while running very warm water over the area. The vibration starts to break up the consolidated blood under the skin and helps your body resolve that bruise much quicker than it could do on its own!

Arielle Grzesiak, Nurse Injector

Arielle has always had an interest in skin care and aesthetics and loves being able to see how much more confident clients are when they leave the spa. Her best advice is to invest in quality makeup and skincare products and to always cleanse your skin! Her favorite products are the Complexion Pads from ZO Skin, or the Nutrient Toner from PCA Skin.

Arielle has made the transition from the front desk, to being a nurse injector! Arielle graduated this past spring and has been obsessed with getting happy Botox clients in her chair!

When she’s not welcoming clients with a smiling face, she loves relaxing by the beach or snowboarding in the mountains.

Desirae Murphy, Esthetician & Laser Technician

Desirae is a passionate esthetician dedicated to creating personalized experiences that enhance natural beauty and boost confidence. With training in Esthiology from the Douglas J Aveda Institute and certifications in permanent makeup, brow lamination, and lash lift & tint from Bellviso Global Aesthetics, she thrives on crafting personalized treatment to address the unique skin concerns of each client and make them leave feeling their best. She loves providing her clients with a relaxing spa facial, and when she’s not the one transforming client complexions, she enjoys indulging in a Youthology Hydrafacial. For day-to-day skincare routines, Desirae emphasizes the consistent use of toners and retinol for regular exfoliation. In her personal routine, she favors

Avene RetrinAL. When she’s not in the spa caring for clients, she prioritizes an active lifestyle, enjoying outdoor activities and socializing with friends.

Alaina Girard, Office Manager

Alaina brings over four years of experience in the spa and wellness industry, fueled by a lifelong love for cosmetics and skincare. Her passion lies in creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both clients and staff, making sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for at Youthology. Witnessing the confidence boost clients experience motivates her daily. Alaina’s extensive knowledge of the spa industry allows her to empower clients to feel their best and ensures a seamless experience for every guest. She loves to receive any of the wellness services at Youthology, especially the facials. A strong advocate for hydration, her favorite products for stunning skin are the PCA Creamy Cleanser and the Alpharet Peel Pads by SkinBetter Science. Outside of the spa, she describes herself as a “millennial grandma”, embracing hobbies like baking, gardening, photography, and reading.

Paige Bongero, Esthetician & Laser Technician

Paige is our Lead Esthetician here at Youthology, bringing over 5 years of experience in the industry. Paige has loved all things beauty since she was a child, but her love with skin began when she started her journey at Douglas J. Aveda Institute of Royal Oak. She likes to offer a wide range of services, from relaxing facials and waxing, to chemical peels and laser, everything in between! She is constantly finding ways to master her craft and continually improving the quality of her services. She strives to help others feel confident in their own bare skin and has a genuine love and passion for what she does. Her favorite products are anything from SkinBetter Science and PCA Skin. You can find her spending time with her family and boyfriend, and loves to travel!
