Kristine Rondeau, Owner and Nurse Injector
Kristine received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the Eastern Michigan University College of Nursing, and continued her education at The Medical Anti-Aging Training Institute and in the field of Cosmetic Injectables.
She is currently a National Trainer and Ambassador Educator for Allergan Pharmaceuticals and travels the country training injectors in the latest, greatest and safest injectable techniques. She enjoys educating people on their options in aesthetics, creating an inviting and relaxing environment, and of course, helping the patient look and feel younger, more vibrant, and more confident.
When she’s not at Youthology, her ideal vacation would be to wake up somewhere beautiful and drink a cup of good coffee, go hiking or biking, spending the afternoon at the beach and finishing the day with a great dinner and dessert.
Her secret beauty tip for a bruise you want to go away quickly is to take your electric toothbrush into the shower with you, use the smooth side of the brush head and rest it on your bruise while running very warm water over the area. The vibration starts to break up the consolidated blood under the skin and helps your body resolve that bruise much quicker than it could do on its own!
Desirae Murphy, Esthetician & Laser Technician
Desirae is a passionate esthetician dedicated to creating personalized experiences that enhance natural beauty and boost confidence. With training in Esthiology from the Douglas J Aveda Institute and certifications in permanent makeup, brow lamination, and lash lift & tint from Bellviso Global Aesthetics, she thrives on crafting personalized treatment to address the unique skin concerns of each client and make them leave feeling their best. She loves providing her clients with a relaxing spa facial, and when she’s not the one transforming client complexions, she enjoys indulging in a Youthology Hydrafacial. For day-to-day skincare routines, Desirae emphasizes the consistent use of toners and retinol for regular exfoliation. In her personal routine, she favors Trio by SkinBetter. When she’s not in the spa caring for clients, she prioritizes an active lifestyle, enjoying outdoor activities and socializing with friends.
Annie Jeffery, NP, BSN, Nurse Injector
Annie Jeffery is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of experience as an aesthetic nurse injector. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Lipscomb University, a small Christian college in Nashville, Tennessee, before getting a master’s degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University. Her career has taken her to many different work environments, including plastic and reconstructive surgery, dermatology, and wound care; however, aesthetics injectables are by far her favorite.
She finds great joy in spending one-on-one time with clients. She gets to learn all about what makes them tick… and what frustrates them when they look in the mirror. Her approach with each client is a full face assessment. You know what bothers you, but you may not know what exactly is creating that problem. Annie will partner with you on finding a solution.
Her favorite area to treat is the lips, with a natural and subtle result. And nothing softens and refreshes someone’s appearance like neurotoxin to the frown lines and forehead. You can count on her to consistently recommend those areas if you aren’t treating them already! Her go-to skin care products are the TNS Advance Plus Serum and the AHA/BHA cream from Skin Medica. And of course, Latisse.
Outside of work, she will be spending her time with her husband and two sweet daughters who are 6 and 4. She loves country music and being outside in any of Michigan’s beautiful four seasons. She enjoys running and group fitness classes. Her favorite daily habit is waking up early to enjoy a cup of coffee in peace and quiet, soaking up the beauty of a new day.

With more than a decade of experience in the medical spa industry, I bring a client-first approach to every aspect of my work. My expertise includes customer service, management, and business development, allowing me to bridge exceptional care with strategic growth. My favorite part of what I do is supporting each client’s skincare journey and watching them feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. I take pride in creating welcoming, results-driven environments that foster trust, loyalty, and long-term success. Jen says that Microneedling would absolutely be her favorite service in the medspa world! She thinks it checks all the boxes. Hailee Paskievitch, Front Desk Coordinator
As the front desk coordinator at Youthology, Hailee’s goal is to ensure every client feels welcome, comfortable, and confident throughout their experience. She takes pride in creating a warm, seamless visit-from check-in to checkout- so you can focus on feeling your best. Her passion for skincare comes from her own journey with acne, which taught her the importance of effective treatments and expert care. Seeing firsthand how the right skincare can transform confidence is what inspires her to help others feel amazing in their own skin! Hailee absolutely loves a Hydrafacial, as well as sharing her enthusiasm for treatments that deliver real results and glowing confidence!

We please ask that you give a 24 hour notice to cancel any appointment at Youthology. In failure to do so, you may incur a $75 cancellation fee, or deposit required to book your next appointment for habitual last minute cancellations.
